The flagship one-day qualification for every food handler in catering, hospitality, schools and care. Covers the essentials needed to keep food safe from delivery to service.
Best for: Front-line food handlers — kitchen staff, chefs, baristas, school cooks, care home cooks, front-of-house with food contact.

Level 3 Supervising Food Safety in Catering
A three-day qualification for supervisors and managers — moving beyond personal practice into supervising the team, implementing a HACCP plan, and running a kitchen that passes EHO inspections.
Best for: Head chefs, sous chefs, kitchen managers, restaurant managers, catering supervisors, head cooks in schools and care.

A one-day course covering the seven HACCP principles and how to implement a basic HACCP plan — for anyone with food safety responsibility in catering, manufacturing or retail.

Allergen Awareness
A half-day course on the 14 named allergens, Natasha's Law and the Food Information Regulations 1169/2011 — and how to communicate confidently with allergic customers front-of-house.
Best for: Front-of-house staff, kitchen managers, school catering teams, anyone preparing or selling food directly to consumers.
