SafeServe Group exists for one reason: workplace compliance training is too important — and too varied — to be delivered by generalists reading from generic slide decks.
SafeServe started where most good training providers start: in a single room with a single instructor, teaching first aid to local businesses across Cambridgeshire and the South East. The feedback was the same on every course — "That's the first training session that's actually felt useful."
The reason was simple. Small groups. Scenarios shaped around the room. Instructors with real-world experience rather than read-it-from-the-deck delivery. We took that approach, refined it, and started applying it to other disciplines.
SafeServe Group is the parent brand that links every specialism together — first aid, food safety, health & safety, mental health, fire — under one quality bar and one point of contact.
Founder, SafeServe Solutions Ltd
Andrew built SafeServe out of frustration with tick-box training. He runs the group, instructs first aid courses personally, and curates the freelance roster that delivers across the UK.
Most courses cap at 8 learners by default. Every learner gets hands-on time and personal feedback — no auditorium-style sessions.
Each brand has its own instructor pool. First aid trainers are ex-clinical or ex-military. Food safety trainers are ex-EHO. H&S trainers come from industry. Fire trainers come from the fire service.
We don't read from a script. We ask what your workplace looks like, what's likely to go wrong there, and design the practical elements around that.
Big organisations don't want five vendors for five disciplines. SafeServe Group operates as one — one quote, one invoice, one renewal reminder system, five disciplines covered.
SafeServe Group is the trading face of SafeServe Solutions Ltd — a UK-registered training company. Each sub-brand operates under the same parent, the same insurance and the same quality standards. SafeServe First Aid is currently live at safeservefirstaid.co.uk; the other brands are launching through 2026.
Whether you're scoping a single course or a year-round programme across multiple disciplines, we'll come back to you within one working day.
