Our brands

Two brands we own and run ourselves.

SafeServe First Aid and SafeServe Kitchen are the two businesses SafeServe Group owns directly, each with its own site, its own booking system and its own team.

SafeServe First Aid

First aid training that actually sticks.

Small groups, hands-on practical, instructors who've used the skills for real. EFAW, FAW, paediatric, MHFA, BLS, ALS and ILS, delivered at your workplace or our Peterborough venue.

SafeServe Kitchen

Food hygiene for the people who actually serve it.

Level 2 and 3 food safety, HACCP, allergens. Practical, scenario-based learning your team will actually retain, designed around the way real kitchens, cafés and food retailers run.

National freelancer network

Beyond our two brands, a UK-wide network of trainers.

Health & safety, fire marshal and mental health training aren't run as separate SafeServe-branded businesses. They're delivered by a vetted network of accredited freelance trainers that SafeServe Group coordinates on your behalf, so you still get one point of contact.

And others: if you need a discipline that isn't listed here, ask us. We regularly bring in specialist freelance trainers outside this list for the right client.

Also available

Self-paced eLearning, for building knowledge.

This is not in-person training

Our eLearning is a self-paced online knowledge library, delivered in partnership with eLearn Here Direct. It's a tool for building understanding, useful between practical sessions or for refresher learning. It does not replace, and is not a substitute for, the accredited hands-on training delivered by SafeServe First Aid, SafeServe Kitchen, or our freelancer network.

Twenty approved online courses.

IATP, CPD, IIRSM, IFE, ILM and IOSH-approved courses across first aid, fire, food safety and health & safety knowledge topics, completed on any device with a certificate at the end. Ideal for building baseline knowledge ahead of a practical course, or for refreshers between them.

One contact, every discipline

Stop juggling separate vendors. We coordinate first aid, food, fire, mental health and H&S under a single point of contact.

Owned brands, not white-labels

SafeServe First Aid and SafeServe Kitchen are run by us directly, not licensed out. What you see is what you get.

Renewal reminders, automated

We track every certificate expiry across every learner across every discipline, so your compliance dashboard never goes red.

UK-wide delivery

Network of vetted, insured, accredited instructors across England, Wales and Scotland. We deliver where your people are.

Common questions

What people ask before booking.

What is SafeServe Group?

SafeServe Group is the parent company. It owns two training brands, SafeServe First Aid and SafeServe Kitchen, coordinates a UK-wide network of freelance accredited trainers covering health & safety, fire marshal and mental health training, and offers a self-paced eLearning portal alongside its practical courses.

What's the difference between the brands and the freelancer network?

SafeServe First Aid and SafeServe Kitchen are the two brands SafeServe Group owns and operates directly, each with its own website. Health & safety, fire marshal, mental health and other disciplines are delivered through a UK-wide network of vetted, accredited freelance trainers that SafeServe Group coordinates, rather than as separately branded businesses.

Is the eLearning the same as your in-person training?

No. The eLearning portal is a self-paced online knowledge library, useful for building understanding between practical sessions or for refresher learning. It is not in-person or hands-on training and does not replace the accredited practical courses delivered by our brands and freelance trainer network.

Do you deliver training nationwide?

Yes. SafeServe Group operates UK-wide, both through its own brands and through a vetted network of accredited freelance trainers. We deliver onsite at your premises across England, Wales and Scotland, with our Peterborough venue available for open first aid courses.

Can I book training across multiple disciplines under one contract?

Yes, that's the core proposition. SafeServe Group acts as a single point of contact across first aid, food safety, fire, mental health and health & safety training. One point of contact, one invoice, one renewal-reminder system across every certificate your team holds.

How quickly do you respond to enquiries?

Within one working day. Email andrew.holland@safeservegroup.co.uk with your sector, team size and rough requirements and we'll come back with a tailored quote and the right point of contact.

I'm a freelance trainer, can I work with SafeServe Group?

Yes. We work with accredited freelance instructors across health & safety, fire marshal, mental health and related disciplines. Apply via the Work With Us page, you'll need active accreditation, a teaching qualification (L3 AET or higher), valid Public Liability and Professional Indemnity insurance, and an enhanced DBS for any work involving children or vulnerable adults.
